SOFIA/STRASBOURG, Feb 23 (SW) - Only one of two Bulgarian sides advanced from the UEFA Cup Round of 32 on Thursday as Levski comfortably advanced after their second leg, but Litex couldn't fight back in theirs.

Artmedia came into the second leg in Bulgaria needing at least two goals to win the tie, but they fell behind in the 14th minute as Dimitar Telkyski's corner found the head of Emil Angelov and the striker's goal put Artmedia further behind.

Angelov put the tie out of doubt in the 27th minute when he hit his second goal of the game, another header from a set piece by Telkyski, this time on a free kick.

Despite their continued struggles against relegation in Ligue 1, Strasbourg managed to make it through to the Round of 16.

Both teams struggled to find decent scoring chances as they combined for just four shots on target, but Strasbourg extended their unbeaten run in the UEFA Cup to eight matches.
