France, Italy, and the Netherlands--three of the five favorites that Frings identifies. And how did they all end up in the same first-round group?!

Frings cant expect every powerhouse team in the group of death to be a favourite for the trophy. Sure, one might make it to the final, but it will be impossible for them all to make it a long way in the competion this year.
