The United Kingdom authorities have announced that visas will be free of charge for FC Zenit St. Petersburg fans coming with tickets to next Wednesday's UEFA Cup final against Rangers FC at the City of Manchester Stadium in Manchester.

They stressed that fans must still obtain visas before travelling, and the visa free of charge will only be provided to those supporters with a ticket. Fans must make immediate arrangements with the visa-issuing authorities in St Petersburg by lodging an online application via visa4uk.fco.gov.uk.

The UK authorities can only guarantee to process applications that have been lodged by midnight on Friday.
